"The chief weapon in the quiver of all Islamist expansionist movements, is the absolute necessity to keep victims largely unaware of the actual theology plotting their demise. To complete this deception, a large body of ‘moderates’ continue to spew such ridiculous claims as “Islam means Peace” thereby keeping non-Muslims from actually reading the Qur’an, the Sira, the Hadith, or actually looking into the past 1400 years of history. Islamists also deny or dismiss the concept of ‘abrogation’, which is the universal intra-Islamic method of replacing slightly more tolerable aspects of the religion in favor of more violent demands for Muslims to slay and subdue infidels"

Mr Curtis Cheng: More than 1500 people have farewelled a gentle man whose death at the hands of a 15-year-old terrorist outside Parramatta police headquarters has shaken the NSW Police Force.

Curtis Cheng remembered as gentle man

More than 1500 people have farewelled a gentle man whose death at the hands of a 15-year-old terrorist outside Parramatta police headquarters has shaken the NSW Police Force.

Sombre officers stood guard as their colleague Curtis Cheng's coffin left St Mary's Cathedral in Sydney following his funeral on Saturday morning, more than two weeks after the shooting.

Curtis Cheng, an accountant for the force for 17 years, was remembered as a gentle man, who was devoted to his family, friends and his police colleagues.

His death had rocked his colleagues across the state, with NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione telling mourners he couldn't describe the devastation across the force.

'The gentlest of friends lost to an act of terror; a man, the manner of whose death stands in stark contrast to the gentle, honourable way he lived his life,' Mr Scipione said.

Mr Scipione told Mr Cheng's wife Selina, son Alpha, and daughter Zilvia Mr Cheng was 'so proud to be part of the force', and was cherished by his colleagues who said he was 'nothing but positive'.

'Curtis was one of our own, one of our friends. His circumstances are our circumstances.

'The pain and disorientation we feel at Curtis' death is all the more acute as a result.

Alpha Cheng in his eulogy called on mourners to honour his father by following his example.

'Dad did everything in his own, quiet, little way,' Alpha said.

'We need to do the little things for the people around us ... if we all do that little bit more as dad did in his life, I believe we can live in a more gentle and harmonious world.

'May he rest in peace.'

Also among the mourners were NSW Premier Mike Barid, Police Minister Troy Grant, NSW Governor David Hurley, Opposition Leader Luke Foley and police representatives from Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Cheng, 58, died after 15-year-old Farhad Jabar shot him as he was leaving work on Friday October 2.

Jabar died after he was shot by police at the scene.

Two men who allegedly helped the 15-year-old Jabar carry out the attack were refused bail in court on Friday.

NSW Police Middle Eastern Crime Squad, seize vehicle and make arrests

A man has been arrested and his vehicle seized by Middle Eastern Crime Squad at King St Newtown

Daily Telegraph
October 16, 2015

A MAN has been arrested and his vehicle seized on busy King St in Newtown this afternoon in a tactical operation by the Middle Eastern Crime Squad, which also sparked raids across south-west Sydney.

Just after 3pm two unmarked police vehicles swerved in front of a silver hatchback and at least six officers in tactical operations gear swarmed on the car.

The P-plate driver and his girlfriend were removed from the vehicle and searched by the heavily armed officers.

Newtown local Craig Warren witnessed the raid as it unfolded.

“The police came out of nowhere,” he said.

“They surrounded a car and dragged the driver out of the car and held a rifle to him.

“Two more men were also removed from the car and a woman wearing a burka. They put them on the ground and cuffed them.”

He said the three occupants were taken away for questioning. Their car was towed minutes later.

According to eyewitnesses the operation was swift and the driver was arrested.

“It literally looked out of a movie,” local shop assistant Kate O’Rourke said.

Her colleague said the man complained of heart problems and as a result the paramedics were called.

“They pinned him to the ground and then against the wall outside. He didn’t put up a fight,” Alicia Rose said.

Ms O’Rourke said the man shouted “Don’t touch my girlfriend! Leave her out of this!” as he was pinned to the ground.

NSW Police confirmed the Middle Eastern Crime Squad conducted the raid as part of an ongoing police investigation into extortion.

According to a police spokesman the investigation has also triggered raids across south-west Sydney, with more underway in Bankstown, Greenacre, Punchbowl and Condell Park.

Officers made inquiries on Tennyson Rd, Greenacre, and a raid occurred on Rosemont St, Punchbowl.

It is understood the second arrest happened at Hume Highway, Yagoona.

The operation was not related to counter terrorism or the Parramatta shooting incident two weeks ago.

ASSASSINATION of Mr Curtis Cheng Charges laid UPDATE.

Terror in Australia: Boy, 12, named in court along with 17 Islamic extremists

Janet Fife-Yeomans and Geoff Chambers
The Daily Telegraph
October 16 2015.

HE is a 12-year-old boy who loves playing rugby league, won a “best trainer” award and posts selfies on his social media accounts.

But he is in such danger of being radicalised he has been named in a court control order alongside 17 extremists described in court papers as a close-knit Western Sydney group, willing to commit murder or die for Islamic State, which has been trying to source guns.

The group includes three of the five men arrested last week in counter-terrorism raids after the shooting of unarmed police accountant Curtis Cheng, four men currently locked up in Goulburn Supermax and a 16-year-old classmate of Mr Cheng’s killer, Farhad Jabar, 15.

It is understood the 12-year-old, who cannot be named, also has links with notorious Supermax prisoner Milad Al-Ahmadzai, jailed for threatening to slit the throat of an intelligence officer, and convicted armed robber Bilal Elzamtar.

They are not alleged to have had any involvement in Mr Cheng’s death. Also named in the control order granted by the Federal Circuit Court is Raban Alou, 18, charged yesterday with terrorism offences over allegedly supplying the gun to Jabar as the teen terrorist walked to Parramatta police headquarters on his deadly mission Friday October 2.

“They are in frequent communication, often in relation to matters reflecting their shared Islamist ideology,” the control order states about the group.

“They continue to express support for the terrorist organisation, the Islamic State, or their desire to become a martyr, or to commit jihad.”

The control order was taken out in March by the Australian Federal Police against terror suspect Ahmad Saiyer Naizmand, 20, who tried to flee to Syria using his brother’s passport.

It gives an insight into the tight circle of alleged extremists, naming 18 people including two sets of brothers. Naizmand has been banned from associating with all 18.

“There is sufficient information Naizmand is communicating with the Naizmand group and others in code, possibly in relation to the sourcing of firearms,” the control order states.

Since some of the named men have been arrested and locked up on terrorist-related charges, Naizmand is said to have begun “constantly associating” with those who had previously only been on the periphery of what is labelled a “close knit group”.

“The court is satisfied on the balance of probabilities that making the order would substantially assist in preventing a terrorist act,” Judge Rolf Driver said in imposing the control order.

Named among the 18 is Omarjan Azari, 25, currently in Supermax defending charges of helping plan a terrorist act in relation to an intercepted phone conversation he had with Mohammad Ali Baryalei.

Now believed dead, Baryalei was Australia’s most senior IS leader and recruited scores of Australians to fight in Syria and Iraq.

In the phone call, Baryalei told Azari a “very senior IS figure” had ordered that random kaffir (nonbelievers) should be killed and covered with the IS flag.

The court has heard Azari is alleged to have told Baryalei there were people he knew who had “the heart” to carry out such an attack and named Naizmand under his Arabic name, Abu Moussa, as one of those people.

That phone call sparked the massive Operation Appleby counter-terrorism raids involving more than 800 officers across Sydney’s west and northwest which police said foiled a plot to “commit violent acts”. Also named was Hamdi Alqudsi, who is the first person in Australia to be charged with recruiting and sending people overseas to fight in the Syrian battlefields.

Alqudsi was arrested in December, 2014, and is facing trial over allegations he organised travel and overseas contact for seven people, enabling them to contact and fight alongside terrorists.

The 41-year-old is on bail and was controversially allowed to live in Minto mosque during Ramadan.

Another man named in the order is Milad Al-Ahmadzai, who was jailed for threatening to “slit the throat” of an Australian intelligence officer.

He is serving a sentence of five years and six months for an ATM ram-raid.

Wassim Fayad, 46, who has previously been convicted and jailed for whipping a Muslim convert who confessed to drinking alcohol and taking drugs, was also named in the control order along with Sulayman Khalid, also known as Abu Bakr.

Khalid, 21, is being held in Supermax and will stand trial next year on charges he was in possession of documents “designed to facilitate a terrorist attack”.

Another is Ali Al-Talebi, 26, in Supermax on charges of arranging $6000 to be sent to IS forces in Syria. Khalid and Al-Talebi and both defending the charges/

Also on the list is Ahmad Rahmany, 25, who was released on a good behaviour bond with a $500 fine after pleading guilty to possessing a Taser and ammunition when he was arrested during the Operation Appleby raids. One of those arrested and released last week, Mustafa Dirani, 22, is also named in the group on the control order.

His home was also targeted in the Operation Appleby counter-terrorism raids.

The two not named in the control order who were arrested in last week’s raids are two brothers allegedly part of a crime clan. Both have since been released. Only Alou remains in custody.

Naizmand’s case returns to court on November 9.

Islamic Koran Inspired Terrorism: THEIR ABC Hosts Taqyih Gab Fest to SPIN recent ASSASSINATION of Mr Curtis Cheng.

Australian PM Turnbull, and NSW State Premier Baird, assemble Muslim Taqiyah / Gab Fest following the ASSASSINATION of Mr Curtis Cheng.

Has NSW Premier come up with a plan to fight Islamic Terrorism?

Baird’s anti-terror plan sets the bar

Editorial
The Daily Telegraph
October 13 2015

THE tendency in this country to deny, dismiss or downplay acts of terrorism is as perplexing as it is dangerous.

It seems the default response among some timid or self-interested political and religious leaders, as well as the usual anti-Western bent of the fashionable Left, is to discount the clearly real threat of Islamic extremism or cloak it in politically correct jargon.

For this reason the clear words and firm courses of action advanced by Premier Mike Baird are as refreshing as they are necessary for the safety of our community. Little wonder he is the most popular political leader in the country.

Having courageously acknowledged the problem of Islamic extremism in the community — while of course not tarring all Muslims with that sad brush — the Premier is today unveiling a suite of anti-terror measures he has asked the Commonwealth to grant state authorities, while at the same time indicating NSW will go it alone in some areas if national agreement cannot be reached.

Tellingly, they come with the strong backing of Deputy Premier and Police Minister Troy Grant, himself a former cop who knows a criminal problem when he sees it.

This is the kind of clear, swift and decisive leadership ordinary people have been crying out for in the wake of the latest terror attack in Parramatta, and sits in stark contrast to the somewhat confused and directionless language coming from the federal government.

Liberal Party's Affirmative Action Village Idiot at Large Fiona Scott "‘one little incident over 100 years’ involving Islamic community"

Little is more emblematic of this than Lindsay MP Fiona Scott’s bizarre pronouncement that the religiously inspired murder of police worker Curtis Cheng as “one little incident over 100 years”.

Notwithstanding how the family of Mr Cheng might feel about such a characterisation, it is in fact the third terrorist incident on home soil in barely over a year, culminating in the loss of three innocent lives and the deaths of the three perpetrators.

It also comes on top of well over 100 Australian deaths since the September 11 attacks, including the 88 killed in the Bali bombings.

In fact, 100 years ago — the time frame Scott mentions — was the year of Australia’s first known terrorist attack, when two Islamic men shot dead four people in Broken Hill, leaving a note declaring: “I must kill you and give my life for my faith, Allahu Akbar.” Those last two words were the ones Farhad Jabar cried as he killed Mr Cheng little over a week ago.

And of course Scott and other apologists also downplay the countless lives saved by Australian authorities who have thwarted attack plans. This kind of comment from an elected representative is, frankly, jaw-dropping, but sadly typical of the complacency that has beset many in this largely peaceful country.

Thankfully we have leaders like Mike Baird who plan to keep it that way.

NSW Premier Mike Baird and NSW Police commissioner Scipione to hold talks with Muslim Community Leaders following Assassination of Mr Curtis Cheng.

Baird and Scipione hold crisis talks with Muslim leaders

Linda Silmalis
Chief Reporter
The Sunday Telegraph
October 11 2015.

MUSLIM leaders will hold crisis talks with Premier Mike Baird tomorrow in the wake of growing community outrage at the rise of Islamic extremism and the radicalisation of youth.

Around 10 Muslim leaders are being approached this weekend to attend the meeting with Mr Baird and Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione.

Government sources were keen to play down the talks yesterday, describing the meeting as “a catch-up”.

However, the meeting has been hastily arranged in the wake of the Parramatta police station shooting and is a significant sign of the concern within State government ranks at the radicalisation of young Muslim into Jihadists.

The meeting comes as Prime Minister Malcolm Turbull convenes his own summit with security agencies in Canberra this week.

Among the leaders expected to be invited by Mr Baird and Mr Scipione is Parramatta mosque chairman Neil El-Kadomi.

PM Turnbull and Co. Still Rambling on about the fabled Islamophobia backlash that never seems to materialise.

Arthur Philip High School student Farhad Jabar, 15, visited the mosque just before he shot and killed accountant Curtis Cheng outside Police headquarters.

Mr El-Kadomi, who migrated to Australia from war-torn Lebanon with help from the family of former Howard government minister Philip Ruddock, said Muslim parents needed to become more involved in their children’s lives.

The former teacher, whose daughter worked in the electorate office of former Carr government minister David Borger, said he believed a lack of education also contributed to the children of migrant families becoming vulnerable to radicalisation.

Friends of Jabar were last week coming to terms with the transformation of the basketball-loving student turned teen terrorist.

A group of teenagers who regularly played basketball with Jabar at Sherwin Park near his Parramatta home believe the change began around three months ago after he swapped his favourite NBL basketball singlet and shorts for black robes.

An elder brother of Jabar’s also began turning up to the courts, although he did not play.

One teenage girl, whose concerned mother stopped her from attending the courts, said the atmosphere among the group changed.

Mark Latham declares we have a Muslim problem dunder headed Leftist Multiculturalists disagree.

The Verdict

Nine Network Sydney
October 8 2015
Extract from Episode 1.

Former Labor leader Mark Latham kept true to character telling the audience that he believed the high rates of welfare dependency in Western Sydney was to blame for the city’s “Muslim problem”.

“It started in 1980s with unskilled Muslim migration to Western Sydney, large parts of suburbs have welfare dependency problems and it pains me to say in Western Sydney there is a Muslim problem. After Man Monis who came from Western Sydney, after the shooting last week, we have to recognise this is just not radical Islamic ideology, it is also people with too much time on their hands, too many opportunities to sit around in groups, bitching about western culture, bitching about the American President, bitching about the Australian Prime Minister, and getting up to no good. So, the best thing the Federal Government can do is get these people out to work. Break down the welfare dependency in Western Sydney and in many ways it is not just a question of stopping radicalisation, how do we promote normality, normalisation in Western Sydney so people are making a positive contribution to society.”

But his comments were slapped down by counter terrorism expert Dr Anne Aly, who described his views as “simplistic”.

Islamic Terrorism and why we, so far, have not defeated it.

Islamic terrorism a culture of hatred

Piers Akerman
The Daily Telegraph
October 9 2015

THE twin curses of multiculturalism and populist pseudo-psychoanalysis have totally confused any rational discussion of the very real presence of Islamic terrorism in Australia.

Too much time has been spent debating whether the Martin Place siege was the act of a madman or a “lone wolf” or an Islamist.

Now self-proclaimed experts are asking if the cheery bureaucrat and family man Curtis Cheng was murdered a week ago by a rebellious teenager, or a new convert to radical Islam, or an individual making a monstrous political statement about a hate-filled centuries old division within Islam, or an idiot who believed he was oppressed, or just a disturbed kid who had fallen in with a bad bunch hanging out at the local mosque?

Let’s forget defining the niceties of this murderous individual’s personality.

This act was committed by a criminal, first and foremost.

If any one of the ensuing inquiries and talk fests finds otherwise or offers the now too-familiar excuse that the young man was an isolated, angry and marginalised manipulable malcontent, it will have been a total waste of time and money.

He clearly identified himself as a member of something called the Muslim community — though Muslims are themselves divided into such a confusing number of identities that it can hardly be claimed there is such a community, and it is impossible to find a single readily accessible Muslim religious leader who speaks with any real authority on any Islamic issue.

As a follower of Islam’s tortuous and often contradictory Koran, the murderer was bound to find himself at odds with the majority of Australians because it would be difficult to find an Aussie male outside the Muslim community who would believe that all women must be at all times subservient to men.

It would be just as difficult to find an Aussie who would embrace the exhortations to murder apostates, or believe that all Jews and Christians must be murdered as a prerequisite to gaining Paradise.

These are just a few of the hurdles placed in the path of Muslims who want to be fully accepted as Australians — hurdles that cannot be scrambled over or around because there cannot possibly be a duality of beliefs which encompasses both the democratic ideal of equality that frames the Western outline of governance and the supremacy of an extremely vengeful and blindly demanding worship.

Under the politically correct constructs of multiculturalism, Western populations have been lectured and hectored and bullied by so-called progressives toward the entirely false notion that all cultures have equal value.

Clearly, they don’t.

Although the Western feminist clique has largely been silent about the brutality meted out to their sisters in most Muslim countries, it is frequent.

Even here, there have been honour killings, forced marriages of girls to older men they have never met and, of course, there have been incidences of female genital mutilation conducted for cultural reasons.

Cultures that stone women to death, and lop off hands and heads, cannot be placed in the same context as those that have, after centuries of debate, decided cruel and unusual punishments should be abolished.

Nor do homosexuals get off lightly, although the Western homosexual marriage lobby has little or no time to publicise the plight of those who have been thrown off rooftops because of their sexuality.

Their vitriol, as with the bilious feminists, is focused on the Vatican.

It may well be that the overwhelming majority of Muslims in Australian reject the appalling injunctions contained in those Koranic verses which most appeal to those who are seduced by Daesh/Islamic State or al-Qaeda and the vision of a medieval caliphate replete with slave women.

If this is so, then surely there must be one mullah, one imam, from an Australian mosque who is prepared to take a public stand.

If not, then all the claims made on behalf of Muslims by politicians pushing multiculturalism look very ordinary and the call by NSW Opposition Leader Luke Foley for more mosques for “mainstream” Muslims seems totally bizarre.

Before holding hands and humming Kumbaya, our politicians and security forces should consider the first response Tunisia’s Prime Minister Habib Essid had to last June’s terrorist massacre of tourists to his country.

He declared that 80 mosques in which extremists had preached were to be closed down.

He didn’t quibble about assigning the responsibility for what was an absolute outrage to those Muslim preachers who were calling on their followers to join in jihad.

British Prime Minister David Cameron has belatedly come to the same conclusion and warned operators of Muslim schools that they will be shut down if found to be teaching extremist hatred.

“We’ve got children being taught that they shouldn’t mix with people of other religions; being beaten; swallowing conspiracy theories about Jewish people,” he said.

“These children should be having their minds opened, their horizons broadened, not having their heads filled with poison and their hearts filled with hate.”

Contemptible progressives in Australia have permitted purveyors of hate to operate here, gaming freedom of speech laws in order to silence critics of multiculturalism and those who point out the obvious inconsistencies within Islam.

They are the true oppressors of those who want to raise their families in an enlightened nation free from suffocating religious domination.

Islamic Terrorism Raids at Sydney's Occupied Territories suspects homes raided.

Five men arrested in terror raids following Parramatta shooting attack

Mark Morri, Janet Fife-Yeomans, Taylor Auerbach, Leigh van den Broeke, Sarah Crawford
The Daily Telegraph

October 7 2015

ALL of the homes raided by counter-terrorism officers today were also targeted during last September’s Operation Appleby, which was launched to investigate the plot to behead a member of the public in Sydney.

Five people were arrested at dawn in four separate raids in Sydney’s suburbs, including a 16-year-old schoolmate of Farhad Jabar, the teen terrorist who murdered police worker Curtis Cheng on Friday.

More than 200 armed officers stormed four homes in Bursill St, Guildford; Lane St, Wentworthville; Lockwood Street, Merrylands; and Booth Street, Marsfield, at 6am.

It is believed at least one of the men picked up is an associate of terror suspect Omarjan Azari who was arrested during Operation Appleby.

Statue of Virgin Mary smashed and desecrated at Maronite Christian Church in Sydney's Occupied Territories.

At a lunchtime press conference, Deputy Commissioner Catherine Burn confirmed all of the addresses targeted were the same as last year but denied police had taken their eye off the ball.

“We know some of the people we are now interested in are people that have come under notice previously in relation to Operation Appleby,” she said.
But it was a ‘sad reality’ that police couldn’t be everywhere at all time.

Today’s raids were a direct result of Friday’s murder out the front of police headquarters and had not been in the planning before the terror attack.

“This is a clear indication of our determination to actually find out who murdered Curtis Cheng and to take all necessary action that we possibly can,” she said.

“It’s a very, very serious concern that in the heart of our community there is attack planning that is under way and that may have led to what we saw on Friday.”

Cheng, a 58-year-old father of two, was shot dead at 4.30pm as he left Parramatta police HQ with a single bullet from a .38 Smith and Wesson that Jabar is now believed to have been given at the local mosque.

Federal police have thwarted a number of terror attacks across the country since September last year, AFP Acting Deputy Commissioner Neil Gaughan said.

“We have disrupted six attacks (and) we have a large number of persons of interest across the country and we have a large number of persons on the periphery of those investigations that we clearly cannot monitor 24/7,” he said.
“This is not just an issue for the NSW police and Australian Federal Police. This is an issue for every law enforcement agency in this country as well as all our intelligence communities.”

Ms Burn confirmed the teen gunman had not been in the sights of NSW Police ahead of the attack but said they were confident he had not acted alone.

“The 15-year-old deceased has not been a target of ours and is not somebody we would have assessed as a threat,” she said.

She refused to speculate on his motives.

The five people arrested today were located in:

* Wentworthville - Two brothers aged 16 and 18.

* Merrylands - Two men aged 22 and 24, one on an unrelated fraud charge.

* Marsfield - One 22-year-old man.

Karen Smith, 57, in Wentworthville, said she woke to the yells of counter terrorism officers at 5am.

“They were yelling — ‘there’s a warrant, don’t move, everyone get out, don’t resist’,” she said.

“They were taking people out one by one.”

She said of her neighbours: “I’ve never had any problem with them at all, the boys are always polite. I think it’s a real shame that the world has come to this.”

In Marsfield, Derek Archer, 52, lives opposite the house which was raided and woke up to the noise of the police raid.

“I just woke up to some large shouting similar to 12 months ago, just ‘get down, get down’,” he said.

“We didn’t open the door this time or anything like that, just had a look out the window.”

In Merrylands, a woman dressed in a pink chador lashed out at the media before entering the house raided by officers.

Later, eggs were thrown at reporters standing outside.

In Guildford, counter-terrorism detectives removed a number of large bags of evidence from the family home of terror suspect Azari.

Former One Nation leader Pauline Hanson does her usual shtick on the Sunrise program accompanied by Derrin Hinch doing HIS usual shtick on Islam and Muslims.

The 15-year-old gunman behind the Parramatta shooting that left a police employee dead had come to the attention of authorities previously and police believe a small group of men connected to a Sydney mosque were involved in radicalising him.

Few people have spent more time with teenage boys, and some troubled ones at that, than Jihad Dib, former principal of Punchbowl Boys High School in Sydney's west. He's credited with turning around a school that was on the verge of closure when he arrived, building a real sense of community about it. He's now the New South Wales Labor MP for Lakemba and he joined me in the studio earlier.

Policeman Nasser Dib guilty of groping colleague

Ben McClellan
November 24, 2014

THE police officer brother of a Labor candidate for the NSW election has admitted to groping a junior colleague on duty.

Nasser Dib, 30, yesterday pleaded guilty in the Downing Centre Local Court to twice committing an act of indecency on a probationary constable in April 2013.

The suspended Senior-Constable, brother of Lakemba Labor candidate and Punchbowl High principal Jihad Dib, assaulted his colleague while they were on night patrol.

He attempted to kiss her twice and grabbed her on the buttocks at Oatley. Dib also placed his hand under her “load-bearing vest” and “grabbed and squeezed her breast” as they drove from Oatley Park to Hurstville Police Station.

The Professional Standards Command charged Dib in March this year. He remains suspended on full pay.

“Upon conviction a decision will be made whether to change the suspension status to without pay,” a spokesman said.

“Further consideration will be given to recommending the officer be considered for removal from the Police Force.”

Dib comes from a well-respected Lebanese-Australian family in Greenacre. His brother is former featherweight boxing world champion Billy Dib while his father Ali was the former secretary of the Lebanese Muslim Association.

Six other charges related to the two assaults and the alleged assaults of another female officer in 2011 were withdrawn. Dib’s barrister Avni Djemal told the court he would need a psychological report before his client was sentenced on February 20.

NSW cop avoids jail for groping colleague

A NSW police officer convicted of two indecent assaults has been given a three-year bond and ordered to serve 180 hours of community service.
SBS
6 MAR 2015

A NSW policeman who groped the breast of a junior colleague after she refused his initial advance in a dark secluded park has been sentenced to 180 hours of community service.

Senior Constable Nasser Dib, 30, was also given a three-year bond and had two indecent assault convictions recorded against him, meaning he will likely lose his job.

In 2013 Dib tried twice to kiss a probationary constable in a secluded park after asking her join him on a foot patrol, the Downing Centre Local Court heard during sentence on Friday.

She refused his advance but not long after, when the two officers were back in their car, Dib slid his hand underneath her vest and groped her breast.

"Acts of indecency of this type will be punished by the court," Magistrate Joanne Keogh said.

Dib had said to the same probationary constable during a Christmas party boat cruise: "Why don't we throw your fiance overboard?"

And when he asked her out but was rejected, he said: "It's not an option for you. You don't have a choice."

When he first met the probationary constable Dib told her to come to him with all her problems, even those involving him.

"We don't put people on paper," Ms Keogh said he told his junior.

Dib pleaded guilty to two charges last November - a day after six other indecent assault charges were withdrawn.

His lawyers told the court he suffered from post traumatic stress disorder and had been traumatised when he discovered an infant's corpse.

But Ms Keogh said he made the female officer a victim of crime herself with the frequent, inappropriate comments.

"He gave no weight at all to her rebuffs," she said.

"(Dib) was really indifferent to the feelings of the victim."

Dib is the brother of NSW Labor candidate for Lakemba in this month's election, Jihad Dib, and boxing champion Billy Dib.

Dib's lawyer Adam Houda told reporters outside the court that the "penalty was appropriate".

How many more Muslim ASSASSINS like Farhad Jabar Khalil Mohammad. are already resident in Sydney's Occupied Territories?

The Leftist Progressive dominated Australian media is collectively asking the question how many more of these disenfranchised Muslim youth (Islamic Sociopath's ready to enact the edicts from the Holy Koran) are out there?
Using the apologists for, enablers and facilitators of  Islam, own figures of 10% of Muslims believe in the teachings of the Koran,in Australia that percentage is around 50,000 Muslims, who believe in and are prepared to enact the teachings of the Muslim Holy Book the Koran

Islamic Terrorism experts world wide believe that a more realistic figure would be between 15% and 25%.If these percentages are correct that would translate to, on the 15% estimate 75,000 Muslims who believe in and are prepared to enact the teachings of the Koran.
On the 25 % estimate that would translate to 125,000 Muslims who believe in and are prepared to enact the teachings of the Koran.

The ADF has around 65,000 members including reservists.
The NSW Police Force (referred to recently by PM Turnbull as the NSW Police Service)
has some 14,000 to 15,000 members.

I am puzzled as to why not just ACA is asking this question given that they and their fellow media cousins are constantly reassureing Australians that the "overwhelming majority of Muslims are not radicals etc etc etc blah blah Islam means Peace blah blah "

In reality they are telling us that the "overwhelming majority of Muslims"do not believe in the Koran and would not enact any of it's commands or support any Muslims who do or would.

To be commanded by the Multicultural Spin Doctors and aoplogist's for Islam and it's manifestations, to ignore the atrocities and savagery committed by,according to them only 10% of the Muslim population in Sydney's Occupied Territories is outrageous.

The punishment by these same apologists and enablers of Islam is to be called out as a Racist a Bigot a Red Neck.... for objecting to the presence on Australian soil of at least 55,000 possibly 125,000 Islamic Sociopath Assassins, purposely brought into Australia by the Leftist Progressives on both sides of Politics and their Multiculturalism SCAM Industry.
Opposition Leader Bill Shorten spent more time garnering sympathy for the family of the Muslim Assassin than he did offering condolences to the family of the victim Mr Curtis Cheng, the Australian PM Malcolm (of Lakemba) Turnbull was not much better.

The only way to defeat evil is to crush it, " Workshopping" "Gabfesting" has never defeated Cold Blooded Savagery and never will, it only enables and emboldens those who are Religiously and ideologically sworn to eliminate us from the planet.

Mosque denies NSW shooting link

The president of a Parramatta mosque that was raided after the terrorism-linked shooting of a NSW police employee has denied any connections with teenage gunman Farhad Jabar Khalil Mohammad.

"We don't know the boy, or where he lived because he's not a regular person in the congregation," Neil El-Kadomi told the ABC's 7.30 program.

Radical Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir has also denied links to the teenage killer.

The 7.30 program reported on Monday that it's believed a small group of men at Parramatta Mosque encouraged the 15-year-old to attack.

The teen reportedly attended a lecture by the group at Parramatta Mosque on Friday, shortly before gunning down veteran police accountant Curtis Cheng, 58, as he left work at the Parramatta police headquarters.

Mr El-Kadomi said if anybody was suspected of using the mosque to radicalise others, he would tell police immediately.

"I don't hesitate," he said.

"Going to the police straight away better than to be sorry later."

Hizb ut-Tahrir says claims that the teen was affiliated with the group are "groundless and absurd".

"Hizb ut-Tahrir's position on the use of violence as a means for political change or expressing political grievance is also extremely well known," the group told AAP on Monday.

"Actions like the Parramatta shooting are plainly wrong."

Claims that the teen had been radicalised drew condemnation of extremist organisations, including from Labor leader Bill Shorten who likened radicals to pedophiles.

"Labor has no time for any organisation found to be fomenting this dangerous, crazy rubbish, which is preying upon teenagers with such dreadful, tragic consequences," he told reporters in Sydney.

"These organisations preying upon young people are a sort of political or a terrorist version of pedophiles who prey upon young people."

The consensus among politicians, community and police has been that early intervention is the key to protecting against radicalisation.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull told reporters in regional Victoria that members of the community need to be aware of how radicalisation can occur.

"Communities at every level - families - should be aware of what young people are doing, what influences are impacting on young people," he said.

He says it's still unclear whether the boy was acting as a "lone wolf" who carried out the violent act outside of a group command structure.

Police have been told to maintain heightened vigilance against threats of violence, including revenge attacks, but not to overreact.

The Australian Defence League used social media over the weekend to call for "eye for an eye" attacks against mosques and imams.

NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Nick Kaldas says Friday's tragic shooting can't be allowed to divide the community.

"The bad guys win if we are divided, if we stop living our normal lives, if we don't do what we want to do," he said.
