"The chief weapon in the quiver of all Islamist expansionist movements, is the absolute necessity to keep victims largely unaware of the actual theology plotting their demise. To complete this deception, a large body of ‘moderates’ continue to spew such ridiculous claims as “Islam means Peace” thereby keeping non-Muslims from actually reading the Qur’an, the Sira, the Hadith, or actually looking into the past 1400 years of history. Teen forced to strip at knife point during attack on Western Sydney train

Ben McClellan
The Daily Telegraph
October 13, 2015

A TEENAGE boy was forced to strip at knifepoint, had his clothes cut and his hair lopped in a savage attack on a Western Sydney train.

Police have released image of three men they wish to speak to over the bizarre and cruel robbery on the Western Line between Quakers Hill and Pendle Hill at 11.30pm on October 2.

The trio attacked the 16-year-old after he boarded at Quakers Hill.

One of the males forced the boy to strip down to his underwear. They then used a knife to stab holes in his clothes and cut off a lock of his hair.

They stopped the boy getting off at Seven Hills station before a commuter helped the boy escape, with his torn clothes in hand, at Pendle Hill Station.

Not satisfied they had tormented the teen enough the cowardly trio then chased the victim until he sought refuge at a nearby store.

One of the males depicted in the images is wearing a black cap and white singlet with a black Adidas motif, grey trousers, and grey shoes with red laces. He is pictured holding two beer bottles in his right hand.

Another was wearing a black T-shirt with a grey shoulder bag, black pants, and grey shoes with red laces.

The third was wearing a yellow Parramatta Eels singlet, black bucket hat, black shorts, and black and white shoes.

Oh Sam !!!! Say it ain't so Sam, he has always been such a Good Good Boy !!!!!

Sam Ibrahim, Rose Tattoo drummer arrested over alleged gun running

Mark Morrie
The Daily Telegraph
April 1 2014
FORMER bikie boss Sam Ibrahim and drummer for rock band Rose Tattoo, Paul De Marco, have been charged after being arrested as part of investigations into an alleged gun running syndicate.

The pair were swept up in a series of early morning raids today along with Sam’s sister Maha Sayour. Police also seized 13 weapons resulting from the six-month undercover operation in western Sydney.

De Marco, 55, has been charged with 27 counts including supplying a pistol to an unauthorised person, supplying ammunition, supplying a prohibited firearm and supplying a prohibited weapon.

Ibrahim, 45, was charged with four counts related to the supply of a pistol to an unauthorised person, conspiracy to commit an offence – supplying a firearm to an unauthorised person and supplying a prohibited firearm which is subject to a prohibition order.

They have been refused bail and are due to appear at Blacktown Local Court via audio visual link today.
Sayour, 43, was charged with conspiracy to commit offence – supply firearm to person unauthorised to possess.

She has been refused bail and is due to appear at Wollongong Local Court today.

Investigations are continuing and further arrests are expected.

Ibrahim’s solicitor, Brett Galloway, said his client was unlikely to make a bail application.

”I’ve not yet seen the facts ... these are serious charges and these things need to be given great consideration,’’ Mr Galloway told Fairfax.

Following extensive inquiries, police from North West Metropolitan Region, assisted by specialist units, executed six simultaneous search warrants at Windsor, Greystanes, Londonderry, Castlereagh, St Marys and Warilla, about 6.15am today.

Police allege that during today’s search warrants, investigators located and seized five firearms, various calibres of ammunition, illicit drugs and steroids.

Investigations are continuing and further arrests are expected.

Police say a total of 18 illegal weapons have been seized during the investigation.

The 18 seized weapons - which included an M1 military assault rifle, shotguns, semi-automatic pistols and bullets - are being examined to see if they were used in any shootings in Sydney over the past three years.

”When you look at some of the guns, you shake your head and wonder what that firepower would do if it got into the wrong hands,’’ Assistant Commissioner Denis Clifford told a press conference.

”This will no doubt put a significant dent in the organised sale of illegal firearms in western Sydney, but we’re sure there’s a lot more out there.’’

He expects more arrests over the alleged syndicate.

The 13 guns bought in October were all purchased in western Sydney, though police believe the sales syndicate also operated in the Illawarra region.

The M1 assault rifle is a military-issued gun and cannot be legally bought by licensed gun owners.

Strike Force Bootle was established by detectives from Penrith Local Area Command in October 2013 to investigate the sale of illegal firearms in Sydney’s west

Finally Justice for Mohammed Issai Issaka following Islamic Insurgency Riots September 2012

Sydney rioter to serve six months in jail

AAP
April 1, 2014.

A Sydney man will serve six months in jail for his role in a violent Muslim protest after a court rejected his appeal.

Mohammed Issai Issaka, 44, was sentenced to a minimum of six months' jail in November but launched an appeal an hour later and was granted bail.

District Court Chief Judge Reg Blanch dismissed Issaka's appeal against the sentence's severity, despite the man saying he was now "very, very sorry" for his actions and would avoid attending protests.

He will be eligible for parole on September 30.

The father of eight claims he suffered a fractured jaw, a chipped tooth and injuries from police batons in the riot, but has forgiven police.
He had pleaded not guilty to rioting and resisting arrest in the September 2012 protest in Sydney's city centre.

About 500 people took to the CBD on that day to rally against a controversial anti-Islam film produced in the US.

The rally turned violent with police arresting a number of protesters and calling in the riot squad.

Issaka told the court he had reflected on his actions since pleading not guilty and was now sorry.

He asked for leniency given he was his family's sole breadwinner.

"I pondered on what I have done and I changed my mind," he said.

"I am very, very sorry and remorseful for what I have done.

"Since that day in the protest, I haven't attended any protests and I am not thinking of attending any."

Justice Blanch said he accepted that Issaka, who was involved in charity work in his community, was "otherwise a decent person" and a good

father and husband.

But he warned that people involved in rioting must understand there would be "serious consequences" to their actions.

He said Issaka was entitled to feel strongly about the film.

"But joining a protest is one thing and participating in a riot is something entirely different," the judge said.

Justice Blanch also noted that Issaka assaulted a police officer as he was being arrested.

"Police are entitled to go about their business without fear of being assaulted in the course of their normal duties," he told the court.

Two men injured in double-shooting in Merrylands

  •  Teenager Rhynal shot four times in stomach after being ambushed while attempting to purchase a mobile phone
  • Graeme Hunt, 62, was then shot in the chest after coming outside his home to investigate the commotion
  • Mr Hunt is currently in a critical condition in hospital

A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged over the incident

A FATHER of two is fighting for his life after being shot outside his western Sydney home following a bungled armed robbery which also saw a teenager shot four times the stomach.

About 10.50pm last night 19-year-old Rhynal Nand and two friends had diven to Lansdowne St for a mobile phone transaction initiated on the internet only to be ambushed by a group.

One of the offenders got into the car with the teen and allegedly shot him four times in the stomach while three other offenders remained outside.

As the teen sped away in his car to a nearby service station the offenders drove up the street and were confronted by Graeme Hunt.

The 62-year-old interstate truck driver, who has lived in Merrylands for 30 years, was then shot in the chest with neighbors rushing outside to assist him.

A neighbour, who did not want to be named, said he saw the wound in Mr Hunt’s chest and attempted to keep him calm while his wife called Triple-0.

“I heard arguing down the street and then I heard about four to five gun shots,” the neighbour said.

“I looked over and I saw my neighbour laying on the floor. I run over and ask if he’s hurt, he thought he had been tasered and he was in a state of confusion.

“I agreed with him that they were taser shots but I knew they were gun shots. I looked at his chest at his upper right torso and I’ve seen blood and his shirt was ripped.

“I looked up the shirt and I saw a bullet hole.”

Neigbours today described Mr Hunt as “a gentleman who kept to himself”.

Another neighbour said Mr Hunt, an interstate truck driver who has lived in Merrylands for 30 years, was more concerned about not scaring her as he lay on the roadway after being shot. She said he was worried about making sure she was all right instead of being concerned about his own wounds.

“The gunshots were very loud,” the woman, who did not want to be named, said. “We were pinned down inside and stayed down until we heard the car speed off, it was very scary.

“I came out and I called Triple-0 and gave the phone to my husband and I said to Graeme ‘Are you ok?’ and he said ‘I’m okay, don’t worry’.

“He was speaking but he was in a state of confusion.

“He didn’t exactly know what was happening. He didn’t want us to worry about him.”

Police said the two injured men were rushed to Westmead Hospital.

Mr Hunt suffered a gunshot wound to the side of his chest and underwent surgery overnight. he is listed as being in a critical but unstable condition.

The 19-year-old suffered four gunshot wounds to his abdomen and arm and is in a stable condition.

Detective Superintendent Scott Whyte said the offenders made away with goods valued at only a small value.

“They’ve planned an armed robbery,” he said. “I’d act with extreme caution if I was asked to conduct a transaction in a residential street in the middle of the night.”

Det-Supt Whyte labelled the double-shooting a disgrace.

“I can tell you now we will be throwing every resource we possibly can to get these three outstanding - for want of a better term - grubs,’’ he said.

Police arrested a 27-year-old man and raided his home on Lansdowne St this morning. He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

The arrested man’s father said he was asleep during the shooting and that police had taken his son’s clothes as part of their investigation.

“They took his clothes. I was sleeping (during the shooting),” he said.

Detectives from Rosehill Local Area Command and officers attached to Operation Talon have been tasked with investigating the shootings.

Operation Talon was formed in August last year to combat public place shootings in Sydney.

Sydney's Occupied Territories : Muticultural Crime Gangs celebrate the ABC's Harmony Day,Diversity Day,Invasion Day with a Culturally Sensitive MURDER

A WILD mob fought with police after a man was shot dead in a suspected drive-by in Sydney's south west this morning.

The man aged in his 20s was gunned down on Equity Place, Canley Vale about 2.45am.

He was found on a footpath suffering gunshot wounds but despite efforts of paramedics the man died at the scene.

"There were three gunshot sounds then a car went really fast like someone came to do it," a woman who didn't wish to be named said.

Police battled a group of men upset they weren't allowed to enter the crime scene to see the body of the deceased.

The area quickly descended into chaos as people arrived in speeding cars and nearly ran over police officers.

A man jumped out of a 4WD stopped in the middle of the road and shouted, "I want to see my brother, c'mon I'll take you all on," before him and four men attacked the officers.

Police used batons and torches to defend themselves as a violent rolling scrum between them and their attackers moved through the street.

The men were wrestled to the ground and placed under arrest as a tirade of verbal abuse was launched at police.

Officers pulled a woman away and threw her to the ground as she interfered in the arrest of one of the men.

A police dog barked at the feet of the brawlers as its handler held it back from setting upon the group.

Three Public Order and Riot Squad 4WDs arrived and parked in the middle of the street to restore order as the number of police swelled to over 50.

The tense stand off continued as more people arrived in cars and taxis.

A group of over 20 family and friends gathered down the street. Some taunted police while others did their best to calm them down.

"Is fighting with them gonna bring him back?" one man said as he dragged another away.

Forensic officers arrived to examine the crime scene.

Detectives from Cabramatta and the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad are investigating the shooting.

Cultural Enrichment Ambassador sentenced to three years jail for infecting partner with HIV

Christopher Muronzi sentenced to at least three years jail for infecting former partner with HIV

Henry Budd
The Daily Telegraph
November 15,2013

A SYDNEY man found guilty of infecting a former lover with HIV will spend at least the next three years behind bars.

Zimbabwean-born Chris Muronzi, 44,  was this morning sentenced in Sydney's District Court to four-and-a-half years in jail, with a non-parole period of three years, after he failed to tell a former partner that he was infected with the disease.

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, began a nine-month relationship with Muronzi in late 2002 but did not discover she was infected until June 2004.

By that time she had already passed the disease on to her new partner.

She only discovered Muronzi carried the disease when she rang him to tell him of her diagnosis.

Muronzi, who was diagnosed with HIV in 1995 and was undergoing treatment, pleaded guilty to maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on the woman.

At a sentencing hearing Judge Penelope Hock said Mr Muronzi's actions had taken a "devastating" emotional and physical toll on the victim.

His actions had "serious consequences, not only for the complainant, but for the community in general," Justice Hock said.

After coming to terms with the impacts of the disease, which she described "as a 10 on the scale", the woman eventually went to police in 2011.

Muronzi will be eligible for parole in September 2016.

Sydney's Occupied Territories: NSW Police smash organised Assyrian crime gang following raids in Sydney's Occupied Territories

Police smash organised Assyrian crime gang DLSTHR with series of raids across Sydney

Simon Black
The Daily Telegraph
September 23,2013

DRUGS, cash, replica guns a pill-press and a luxury Lotus sports car have been seized in raids aimed at "destroying" an organised crime gang believed to be behind more than a dozen public shootings.

More than 341 police executed 22 raids in a blitz on the Assyrian crime gang DLASTHR this morning.

The massive police operation involved local and state police along with the NSW Crime Commission and saw 18 simultaneous raids and saw officers arrest 13 men and seize 8kg of cannabis, $25,000 in cash, a pill-press, four jetskis, a boat, and an expensive luxury Lotus Sprite sports car.

The DLASTHR originated as an offshoot of the Assyrian Kings - the crime group involved in the brutal murder of off-duty police officer David Carty in 1997 - partially scalping him and slicing off his nose and ear in a frenzied attack only blocks from Fairfield police station.

"This group is a violent, organised gang which has been involved in public-place shootings, vicious assaults, drug dealing and extortion," NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione said. "The NSW police force will not rest until we have put every single one of them behind bars."

The raids are the product of an 18-month joint investigation by Strike Force Evesson, involving investigators from the Fairfield Local Area Command and the NSW Crime Commission.

Today's operation began at 6am, when dozens of specialist police, two "Bearcat" armoured vehicles and investigators from Fairfield Local Area Command stormed a semirural property at Rossmore.

Next-door neighbour Linda said she was woken up by a police siren and looked outside to see the raid in full swing.

"We heard a bang and looked outside to see these two big armoured hummer-things with guys hanging off them holding guns," she said. "There was an alarm going and someone on a megaphone saying 'this is a police raid'."

"There were dogs, guns, and police everywhere. It's a pretty scary thing."

Another local resident, who requested not to be named, said there were frequently "strange cars" going in and out of the property.

"You don't want to get involved," she said. "It's usually very quiet around here but you see lots of random people and cars in that place."

At the scene detectives were quizzing a number of men on the front porch of the residential home on Bellfield Ave while other officers scoured the property behind.

Plainclothes police left the property with a number of brown paper evidence bags while four carloads of officers search the property's nearly two dozen greenhouses.

Specialist police divers scoured a nearby dam for evidence and four jetskis and a boat were confiscated.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at the property and charged with a range of offenses relating to drug supply and directing the activities of a criminal group.

Another 12 men were arrested and were charged with a range of offences including grievous bodily harm, drug supply and participate in a criminal group.

Despite being charged with offences relating to recruiting and directing a criminal group it is unclear if the man arrested at Rossmore was the acting leader of the gang with Assistant Commissioner Frank Mennilli stating the group didn't have a "clear leader" and had activities which were "a little bit more than just domestic".

In total, 22 search warrants were executed across Sydney's southwest at properties in Fairfield, Bonnyrigg, Horningsea Park, Hinchinbrook, Hoxton Park, Campbelltown, Wetherill Park, Liverpool, Warwick Farm, Cartwright, Smithfield, Greenfield Park, Bossley Park, Canley Vale and Rossmore.

The sites raided included a number of residential properties as well as two car dealerships and a real-estate office, the last ironically based directly opposite a police centre in Liverpool.

Commr Scipione, said the arrests were aimed at "destroying" the gang.

"We are confident today's arrests will seriously disrupt the business dealings of this particular syndicate," he said. "Nevertheless, our work is not yet done and we need the assistance of the local community to help us continue investigations into the rest of the gang."

"I can assure you that whenever we're here - they are in strife. We will be going after them."

Today's 13 arrests take the total number of people arrested by Strike Force Evesson to 33.

Assistant Commissioner Mennilli said NSW police expected to make more arrests with the group also believed to be responsible for a number of shootings in the area.

"We want to put this whole syndicate out of business," he said. "As well as allegedly being involved in drug supply, extortion and a number of assaults, we believe the DLASTHR has been involved in more than a dozen public place shootings in Sydney over the last two years."

Strike Force Evesson, which is supported by the NSW Crime Commission's Operation Ramsgate, will continue over the coming months.

Sydney's Occupied Territories Insurgent Watch : Muslim Thug and Welfare Parasite,Omar Halaby arrested AGAIN

Convicted Muslim rioter Omar Halaby clashes with police again, charged with using offensive language

Janet Fife - Yeomans
September 23,2013

THE rioter who smashed the windscreen of a police car with a milk crate has been arrested for using offensive language to police.

Omar Halaby, 19, also allegedly refused to allow a female police officer to take his fingerprints, telling her: "You can't make me do anything. It's against my religion to allow females to touch me."

Halaby earlier this year escaped with a 12-month good behaviour bond for his role in last September's Muslim riot in the Sydney CBD after his lawyer told magistrate Pat O'Shane that he suffered from learning and physical disabilities.

Police allege that at 4.40pm on Saturday, Halaby was the passenger in a white BMW which drove past a police operation as officers stopped vehicles in Bryant Street, Padstow.

It is alleged that he yelled out of the car window: "F … off dog c … s."

He was arrested and refused to provide his name or details and was taken to Bankstown police station where he allegedly "resisted violently" and refused to provide his fingerprints to a female officer.

Police called an Arabic-speaking male officer who took Halaby's fingerprints.

It is believed that Halaby was being investigated for collecting a $200-a-week pension while bragging on Facebook that he worked as a subcontractor on a construction site.

In January Halaby pleaded guilty to smashing the windscreen of a marked police car with a milk crate and assaulting a TV cameraman during last year's riot.

The court heard Halaby yelled Islamic slogans at the camera crew and pushed a cameraman during the protest. He paid $500 for the damage to the police car.

Just before his court appearance in January, he posted on Facebook: ``Having the time of my life at Downing Centre Local Court.'

"He has literacy issues, a short attention span, things to that effect,'' Legal Aid lawyer Sophie Edin told the court at the time. That's what happens when your Mother and Father are your older brother and sister.

Halaby was given police bail to appear before Bankstown Local Court on October 9 charged with using offensive language and resisting arrest.
